GENERALITIES

1. Are the games free?

To participate in the Cashgames (Folies Tickets, Yats Club, Cash Clubber and Rapido Cash) you need to use some Ticketpass.
The participation in the Freegames (Bulpop, BunnyRocket, Frogapult, Poultrap, Shaolin) is completely free and rewarded by Cashpoints in the limit of 25 Cashpoints offered per day.

2. How can I get Ticketpass?

To get some Ticketpass, you just have to choose your way of payment, and to give the correct answer to the question asked.

3. I've just won some Ticketpass but my account hasn't been credited.

You have just answered to the question and have won some Ticketpass, but your Ticketpass account has not been credited. Do not hesitate to send an e-mail to contact@cashyouwin.com, specifying the date, the amount and the reference of the transaction.

4. I do not manage to log on?

Problems of connection often comes from the security parameters which you chose in your navigator. Check if your navigator is correctly configured. Have a look in the Internet Security menu « tools », section « Internet Options », tab « security »: the default level must be « medium », in order not to prevent from the cookies transfer.
Moreover, we recommend you to empty your navigator mask and to delete the cookies.

5. I forgot my password?

Whenever you want, you can ask for your login and password by clicking on the link « Forgotten your password? ». You will be redirected through a page where you will be asked to enter the e-mail you used when you registered to Cashyouwin. Few minutes later, you will receive an e-mail with your connection information. If you do not receive that e-mail, check your « spam » file on your e-mail box, and the accuracy of the e-mail you gave when you registered.

6.What are the Cashpoints used for?

The Cashpoints reward your performance during the different games. They constitute a virtual currency which you can exchange for gifts into the « shop » section of the website.

7. How can I get Cashpoints?

You can get Cashpoints by playing to the different games proposed on the website Cashyouwin.

8. How long the Cashpoints are valid?

If you stop playing during 3 months and if your have less than 10,000 Cashpoints on your account, your account will be given to zero.

9. Can I transfer my Cashpoints to a friend?

Cashpoints are strictly personal, and cannot be gathered, exchanged or given.

10. How can I modify my profile?

You have access to your profile, you can consult it or modify it by clicking on « my account » after logging on, on the top right of the website.

11. The games cannot be displayed?

If it is your first connection on Cashyouwin, and if the games are not working, please download the Flash player (on the bottom of the pages of the site).

THE GIFTS

1. Within how many days will I receive my gift?

As written on the rules, the Editor will send in France, Belgium and United Kingdom the parcels, assuming the cost, within 90 days maximum. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as your prize will be treated by our sending service.

2. How can I order a gift?

Go on the « shop » section, and choose the gift wished (if you have enough Cashpoints on your account).

3. I am not living in France, can I order gifts?

You must have a delivery address in France, Belgium or United Kingdom, to receive your gifts. We will open the sending to other countries as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION OF THE MEMBERSHIP

1. I don’t manage to cancel my inscription to your partners’ Newsletter?

To cancel your inscription, you just have to make a request to contact@cashyouwin.com.

2. I don't want to receive the Cashyouwin newsletter anymore?

If you don't want to receive the Cashyouwin newsletter anymore, you just have to tick off the box corresponding to this option in your profile, or cancel your subscription by clicking on the link at the bottom of the newsletter.
